This Privacy Policy explains how Maragotransfer LTDA (CNPJ 33.548.557/0001-10), based in Maragogi/AL and responsible for the Maragotransfer website, collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of clients who book our private transfer and tour services. We process your data in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (Brazil's General Data Protection Law — LGPD).

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to make and carry out your booking:

Identification and contact: full name, email and phone/WhatsApp of the person making the booking.
Trip details: route (origin and destination), hotel/inn or pick-up and drop-off location, dates and times, flight number and details (when applicable), number of passengers and, when provided, the name and age of each passenger.
Notes: additional information you send us (e.g. special requests, landmark).
Payment data: the deposit payment is processed directly by Mercado Pago. We do not store card numbers; we only receive the payment confirmation and a transaction identifier.
Browsing data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited and campaign identifiers (such as the ad gclid), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your data

Process, confirm and carry out the transfer booking, including issuing the voucher and the boarding list.
Pass on to the accredited driver the information needed to perform the service (name, location, time and contact).
Contact you about your booking (confirmations, changes, support during the trip).
Process the deposit payment and track the balance to be paid on arrival.
Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Measure and improve our ads and the website experience (analytics and marketing).

3. Legal bases (LGPD)

We process your data based on the performance of the transport contract you enter into, on compliance with legal obligations, on legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention and service improvement) and on your consent, where required (for example, for marketing cookies).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when necessary:

Accredited drivers and partners responsible for carrying out your transfer.
Mercado Pago, to process the deposit payment.
Technology and measurement providers (such as Google and Meta), for hosting, analytics and ads.
Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or court order.

5. Cookies and measurement technologies

We use first- and third-party cookies for the website to work, for traffic analysis and for campaign measurement (for example, Google Ads/Analytics and Meta Pixel). You can manage cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working properly if they are disabled.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

As the data subject, you may, at any time, request: confirmation that processing exists; access to, correction or updating of your data; anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about data sharing; and withdrawal of consent. 8. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is completely immune to risk, but we work continuously to keep your data protected.

9. Data of minors

When there are children or adolescents among the passengers, their data (such as name and age) is provided by the adult responsible for the booking, who declares being authorized to provide it, in the interest of and for the safety of the trip.

10. International clients

We serve clients from various countries. Data is processed and stored in Brazil, subject to Brazilian law, with the safeguards provided by the LGPD.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
